Attended a Private event at this wonderful studio, very calm atmosphere & great staff. The instructor was patient and very informative. I highly recommend this studio !

The team at Zao in Crystal Palace are wonderful, so welcoming to everyone; the studio is a lovely space and the instructors are excellent. The small class size ensures the Clients get looked after effectively and safely. The monthly membership offers great value for money, I've found it easy to fit a session in once a week with so many class times on offer. A really special place 🩷

Tried my first ever Reformer Pilates class at ZAO Wellness Studio and loved it! The studio was clean, modern and welcoming, with a calm and motivating atmosphere. I was a bit unsure how I would feel but I needn't have worried. The instructor was attentive and encouraging, offering clear guidance and adjustments throughout the class. Highly recommended!!

ZAO Wellness Pilates studio is the best reformer studio for a country mile. Wesley is an excellent coach! I recently hosted my Wellness with Well Wishes party there, it was myself and a dozen close friends, for a private booking, the studio looked amazing and my guests had a fantastic time. Booked Zao for my birthday Pilates party! Such a lovely welcome and reception from the staff and trainer who made us all feel so welcome. Many of us were newbies to reformer but we weren’t made to feel out of place, whilst at the same time we all managed to get a good introduction to Pilates. Definitely recommend:)

Instructors at ZAO wellness studio are really great and knowledgeable,the facilities here are amazing ! The staff are also very helpful ,one of my friends Edgar introduced to this place , I shall give it a try , heard many great things about it .

I tried the Reformer Pilates class at ZAO Wellness Studio & loved it! The space is beautiful, clean & perfect for focusing & unwinding. The instructor was super knowledgeable & made me feel really comfortable. My body definitely felt the burn I’ll definitely be back 💪🏽
