Welcome to ZAO Wellness Studio. By booking a class or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking and Payments
1.1 All classes must be booked and paid for in advance through our online platform or app.
1.2 Payments are non-refundable but may be transferable according to our cancellation policy (see Section 2).
1.3 Class packages and memberships have specific expiration dates, which are detailed at the time of purchase.
2. Cancellations and No-Shows
2.1 Class cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid being charged.
2.2 For no-shows or late cancellations, the full class fee will be charged, and the session will be deducted from your package or membership.
2.3 ZAO Wellness reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case affected clients will be notified and offered a credit or refund.
3. Studio Etiquette
3.1 Arrive at least 5 minutes before the class start time. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join for safety reasons.
3.2 Grip socks are required for all Reformer Pilates classes for safety and hygiene.
3.3 Mobile phones must be set to silent mode during classes to ensure a peaceful environment.
3.4 Please clean and return all equipment to its proper place after use.
4. Health and Safety
4.1 Clients must inform instructors of any injuries, illnesses, or medical conditions before the class.
4.2 Participation is at your own risk. ZAO Wellness and its instructors are not liable for any injuries or health issues arising from participation in classes.
4.3 Clients must adhere to instructor guidance and studio policies to ensure their safety and the safety of others.
5. Memberships and Packages
5.1 Memberships and class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
5.2 Suspension or extension of memberships may be granted in exceptional circumstances, such as medical reasons, at the discretion of ZAO Wellness.
5.3 Discounts or promotions cannot be applied retroactively to existing memberships or purchases.
6. Privacy and Data
6.1 Your personal information is used solely for class bookings, communications, and internal purposes.
6.2 ZAO Wellness does not share your data with third parties without your consent.
7. Code of Conduct
7.1 ZAO Wellness aims to foster a welcoming and inclusive environment. Any behavior deemed disrespectful or disruptive may result in the suspension of services.
7.2 Clients are expected to treat staff, instructors, and fellow participants with respect.
8. Liability Waiver
By participating in any class or session at ZAO Wellness, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- You have consulted your healthcare provider about any physical or medical conditions that may affect your participation.
- ZAO Wellness and its instructors are not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damage incurred during participation.
9. Amendments to Terms
ZAO Wellness reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
