We recommend comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for unrestricted movement. Grip socks or bare feet are welcome, depending on studio guidelines.

Each Guided Stretch Class lasts 45 minutes, offering the perfect balance of movement and relaxation without taking up too much of your day.
