CORE FOUNDATION: This class focuses on building a solid core and improving overall stability through intentional, functional movements. You’ll work through a variety of exercises that target deep abdominal muscles, back support, and balance.
CORE & MORE: This class is aimed to target your powerhouse with a sculpting session that hits your abs, legs, and glutes. This class blends functional core training with lower-body toning to help you build stability, strength, and definition where it matters most.
GROUNDED STRENGTH & SCULPT CIRCUIT: This is a group class to build strength with intention. Move through a series of grounded, low-impact exercises designed to challenge your muscles while calming your mind.
STRENGTH IN MOTION: This is a group class to help unleash your power with this high-intensity strength training class designed to build lean muscle, increase endurance, and boost metabolism. Combining strength-based circuits with dynamic HIIT intervals, Strength in Motion ensures a comprehensive full-body workout, with weights and without.
