We recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes that allow you to move freely. Socks with grip are required for safety and hygiene. Grip socks are available for purchase at reception.

No, everything you need is provided in the studio. Just bring yourself, a water bottle, and a positive attitude!

Mat Pilates and Yoga classes are 1 hour and Reformer Pilates is 45 minutes long. Other classes and 1:1 sessions may vary in length. Please refer to the class schedule for specific details.

Reformer Pilates improves core strength, flexibility, balance, and posture while promoting overall body awareness. It’s also a low-impact workout, making it ideal for injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Yes, we offer a range of different facilities that would be excellent for recovery and rehabilitation. Please inform your instructor of any injuries or health concerns before your class so they can adjust exercises as needed. Always seek advice from medical professionals before performing any exercise.

You can book a class online through our website. We offer a range of membership and bulk purchase options. Simply create an account, browse the schedule, select the class you’d like to join, book, and come along.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled class to avoid being charged. Please refer to our full policy on the booking platform for more details.

Teens can attend most group classes with an accompanying adult from ages 13–17, years old or attend our teen only classes

Reformer Pilates, Our classes are tailored for new parents and your baby (from 6 weeks to the crawling stage). We’ve created a warm and supportive environment where you can feed, soothe, and keep your little one entertained while you enjoy your workout.

Although we have friendly staff on hand to help facilitate during your class. By joining this class, you acknowledge that you retain responsibility for your child’s wellbeing and you agree to supervise and attend to your child as needed during the session.

A dynamic Reformer Pilates class designed specifically for teens. This session helps improve posture, build core strength, support growing bodies, and enhance body awareness all in a fun, supportive environment. Ideal for ages 13–17, no prior experience needed

For all classes we ask you arrive at least 10 minutes before start time to settle in as classes will start promptly at the start time.
