Not at all! Our Guided Stretch Classes are designed for everyone, from complete beginners to seasoned fitness enthusiasts. Instructors provide modifications to suit your needs and ability level.

We recommend comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for unrestricted movement. Grip socks or bare feet are welcome, depending on studio guidelines.

Each Guided Stretch Class lasts 45 minutes, offering the perfect balance of movement and relaxation without taking up too much of your day.
